FAQs

What is the age range?
Camps are designed for kids ages 7 and up.  If your kiddo will be turning 7 this summer, they can attend camp.

How many kids attend each camp?
We keep it small with just 15 kids max.

What is the counselor to camper ratio?
We maintain a superb 1:5 ratio at all times.

Can I tour your facility?
Sure! Just email or call/text me at 512-333-4684 and we can arrange a time to meet that is convenient for you. There are also video tours on this page.

What if I need to drop off between 7:45-8:30am or pickup between 5:30-6pm?
There is a $7 per day fee to cover the cost of having an employee be there outside their normal hours.

Is there a materials or registration fee?
No.

Is there a discount available for families with more than one kid?
Yes. Use the code secondcamper at checkout to get $25 off.

Are snacks and drinks included?
Yes. We provide healthy (nut-free) AM and PM snacks and drinks.

Do you serve lunch?
We do not make lunch onsite, but we can order a lunch for your kid for an additional fee of $5 per day. We order from places like Subway, Dominos, and Wendys.

What are you offering each week?
June is all about GirlSTEM (girls only) and we'll focus on a different area of science each week:
  • June 4-8 - Food Science and Chemistry
  • June 11-15 - Physics and Engineering
  • June 18-22 - Meteorology and Weather Forecasting
  • June 25-29 - Sight, Smell, Taste, Touch, and Sound 
July & August is Game On time (for boys and girls) and we will do Minecraft training and theme-based challenges in the mornings and Scratch coding to create games in the afternoons. These are the design themes for each week:
  • July 2-6 - Mushroom Mansions
  • July 9-13 - Star Wars
  • July 16-20 - Underwater Base
  • July 23-27 - Metropolis
  • July 30- August 3 - Amusement Park
  • August 6-10 - Lord of the Rings/Hobbit
  • August 13-17 - Hogwarts
