Camp Details

AGE RANGE

Gaming camps are designed for kids ages 6-12 (1st-6th graders).

Science camps are designed for kids ages 5-12 (Kindergarten -6th graders).

Spanish and Arts & Crafts camps are designed for kids ages 5-12 (Kindergarten -6th graders).

CHILD INFORMATION FORM

Parents need to complete a Child Information Form for each child that will be attending camp.

COUNSELOR TO CAMPER RATIO

We maintain a superb 1:8 ratio at all times.

DROPOFF AND PICKUP TIMES 

Kids should be dropped up at 8:30am and picked up at 5:30pm. There is a $7 per day Extended Hours fee to cover the cost of having an employee be there outside their normal hours.

LUNCH

We do not make lunch onsite.  If you would like to have a lunch brought in for your kid, we can arrange to have it delivered to your kiddo for $5 per day.

25 is the maximum amount of campers.

Gaming and Coding Camp

  • 8:30-10am Work with partner on project

COVID-19: 

* Face masks are recommended but not mandatory.

* STAFF IS FULLY VACCINATED

Kids arriving from 8-8:30am or leaving from 5:30-6pm are expected to spend that time working on their Master Builder project or practice creating more advanced block commands.

SINGLE SKILLS PROGRAM

The Scholar Ship is not a child-care facility or a day-care center. It is a single skills program. This type of program, exempt from licensing by the State of Texas, is one in which children receive direct instruction, services, or offerings in a single proficiency (STEM). (40 TAC §745.129)

We provide (nut-free) AM and PM snacks and water.
